The Account Executive (AE) position is the ideal fit for an individual looking for the next big career move in IT, Internet Connectivity and Voice Data Services.

We are looking for customer success focused, results driven individuals with a strong business acumen, a consultative sales approach and relevant knowledge of Broadband and Network Services including Internet and VoIP. Ideal candidates must possess a consistent track record of success, strong B2B sales skills and experience in both business development and account management.

  • Minimum 5 years of quota carrying technology/Telecommunications sales and account management experience.
  • Consistent earnings in most recent sales role with a minimum $1M quota.
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven Experience managing the sales-cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Proven experience with developing long-term customer relationships and growing sales within existing customers.
  • The AE is responsible for achieving targeted revenue/gross margin objectives by leveraging Activo’s full product/service offering.
  • The AE will sell to both new and existing customers in a pre-defined sales territory, with a focus on developing strategic accounts and building long-term customer partnerships.
  • Establish/maintain long-term contractual relationships with our customers that promote continuous revenue streams.
  • Achieve Margin and Revenue targets for assigned accounts as set out by the Company.
  • Provide fast, courteous service and knowledgeable support for customers in their ongoing requirements to purchase Services and Products from Activo.
  • Engage in a proactive selling relationship with prospects and customers whereby they preferentially select Activo as their vendor of choice.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with all customer organizations at the executive level.

  • Prepare accurate proposals that meet or exceed margin targets/guidelines.
  • Update pipeline forecasting model with revisions tendered monthly.
  • Update customer database and proper documentation of quotes, activities and time.
