We are a progressive company in the financial sector, with over 550 employees in 4 offices across Canada. We are currently seeking hard-working, energetic, professional individuals to work as a Customer Service Collections Representative.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
This position involves the coordination of daily administrative tasks. The Administrator will report to the department manager. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Daily requests to and from the client for back-up information
- Confirmation of Bankruptcies, CCS, OPD filing with the respective agency
- Creating letters for debtors, statement letters, SIF requests
- Audit accounts for closure
- Documenting and storing correspondence from debtors
- Printing Planners
- Filing, copying, scanning, faxing
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Administrative experience an asset
- Must have strong computer skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the CUBS system
- Ability to identify critical issues with ease
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Quick learner and able to adapt to changes well
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
