Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while preparing the greatest quality drinks for our visitors.
- Take beverage orders from visitors and servers.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks constant with the Restaurant’s standard drink dishes.
- Finds out the names and personally recognize our regulars.
- Record drink orders properly and right away after invoice into the register system.
- Accept visitor payment, procedure credit card charges and make change (if applicable).
- Wash and sanitize glassware.
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and renew treats, appetisers for bar patrons.
- Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and practical manner to support effective drink preparation and promotion of drinks.
- Clear and reset tables in bar location.
- Present drink menus, make recommendations and address concerns relating to beverages.
- Maintain tidiness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage locations.
- Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
- Report all devices problems and bar upkeep problems to restaurant manager.
- Help the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
- Be available to fill out as required to make sure the smooth and efficient operation of the dining establishment as directed by the dining establishment supervisor or immediate supervisor.
- Should be at least 18 years of age
- Must be Smart Serve Certified
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our visitors.
- Have working understanding of beer, red wine and alcohol and common beverage dishes.
- Have basic math abilities and have the ability to manage cash and run a cash register.
- Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
