
Structure High Performing Teams:
- Participates in the working with process by screening and scheduling interviews for prospects
- Accountable for leadership jobs as handed over by the shop supervisor
- Provide individual and group efficiency feedback and recommendations to managers
- Coach and reward in the minute to maximize selling potential of partners
- Responsible for imposing company policy, ensures a safe workplace, devoid of harassment or illegal discrimination
- Assistance onboarding and continued training of sales partners
Selling Effectiveness:
- Lead and design the selling and consumer experience standards
- Lead selling efforts to satisfy offering objectives during arranged shifts
- Guarantee partners regularly perform to the selling model
- Show knowledge of item, business policies and store techniques
- Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work
- Build extremely pleased and loyal client base through engagement, conversion and capturing consumer phone and email
- Help in meeting payroll targets by making sure suitable sales flooring coverage (handle call-ins/ call-offs)
- Ensure partners receive scheduled breaks and meal durations (per state particular guidelines)
Telling The Brand Story:
- Support replenishment activities that keep the store complete and abundant
- Help with floorsets, window modifications, visual discussions, signs placement, etc as directed
- Carry out visual standards and maintain a safe, inviting store appearance
Functional Excellence:
- Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, invoice of delivery, and translate/ disseminate business directive when appointed as supervisor on duty
- Serve as the supervisor on responsibility, when set up, to resolve customer support, supplier or maintenance problems
- Responsible for interacting any problems during opening/closing shifts to the store manager
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Lead functional groups *
- Incorporate Loss Prevention and security messages into day-to-day operations
- Note: The main position duties described above are not planned to be extensive and additional obligations might be required depending on the volume and complexity of the store.
Qualifications
- Preferably an existing sales associate that aims for management role
- Capability to promote a client focused offering culture
- Shown results (selling and functional)
- Available for different weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts
- Ability to offer in the moment coaching to associates
