About the role

You are a believer in the challenger sales model. You know exactly when to agree and when to push back to guide the sale expertly to a close. You will be selling our cutting edge solutions to retail and enterprise businesses across North America. Using your extensive product knowledge, you will navigate through the sales cycle from prospecting to conducting demonstrations to closing the deal. This role requires high energy, creativity, strong communication, and natural sales abilities.

What We Expect From You:

  • Sell the Nōwn’s vision and products
  • Meet individual, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Identify and grow sales opportunities
  • Perform sales calls and conduct product demonstrations via online and in-person presentations
  • Support company strategic plans and tactics
  • Use CRM to actively track, monitor, and manage prospect and sales performance
  • Represent our brand at trade shows and events when needed

To be successful, you will need to be great at:

  • MEETING people, making new contacts and building relationships
  • EDUCATING business owners about how they can grow their businesses and improve the quality of their customer experience
  • PRESENTING product demonstrations

  • You are FEARLESS.

  • You have a PASSION for customer experience and technology.


  • 2+ years in full-funnel inbound and outbound sales, lead generation, solution selling, starting your own business or a similar function
  • Experience in a startup, SaaS company, SMB clients or the retail industry are assets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
