We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our Toronto team on a full-time basis. The incumbent will play a critical role in everyday customer engagement and relations.
- Assist potential and existing consumers through social media and e-mail mediums with basic and assistance related queries
- Provide support with order and guarantee management and function as intermediary between logistics fulfillment center and customer
- Keep excellent composed records of all correspondence in line with policies and procedures while maintaining CRM databases and tracking files
