This inventory will be the primary method used on an ongoing basis to staff vacant positions across the organization in a variety of Administrative, Professional, and Technical positions within various portfolios and branches, including Finance, Communications, IT, and Human Resources. Essential Qualifications

To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:


• A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.


Experience in at least one (1) of the following areas:
• Providing administrative or project/program support services, such as preparing agendas or minutes, tracking project tasks, coordinating human resources documentation, processing invoices or financial requests, etc.;
• Providing service to clients, such as answering telephone calls, providing assistance to customers, serving the public, etc.;
• Experience in planning, coordinating and/or monitoring projects or files;
• Gathering and compiling information from various sources;
• Experience interpreting and implementing policies and procedures;
• Building and maintaining partnerships with internal or external stakeholders.

Asset Qualifications

• Graduation with a degree from a recognized university
• Experience working with Indigenous community organizations and/or knowledge of Indigenous cultures (i.e., First Nations, Inuit and/or Métis.)
