We’re a Canadian owned full service telecom provider currently going through a significant scale up phase! We are boldly adding to our B2B and B2C offerings and are aggressively expanding our market reach across Canada.

We need a full-time Marketing superstar to join the team and help take this operationally excellent company to the next level by generating demand and pushing new customer acquisition into overdrive. You are self motivated, a talented writer, have a growth and results oriented mindset, and a can-do attitude. You will have the opportunity to influence all areas of the Marketing operation and become a well rounded marketing professional!

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • You are collaborative by nature and enjoy giving and receiving feedback
  • You rely heavily on research and always address all the variables, before making recommendations

  • You enjoy exploring new marketing channels and executing well thought out experimental campaigns aimed at assessing viability and ROI
  • You tirelessly improve the efficiency and performance of current marketing channels and related campaigns
  • You plan out the marketing campaign calendar in great detail, to ensure we deliver on customer acquisition objectives

Digital Marketing

  • You enjoy exploring and learning new digital marketing tools such as SEO and PPC in a quest to better optimize marketing performance
  • You are not afraid to share your knowledge and expertise when it comes to improving current initiatives or exploring new ones
  • You are meticulous about metrics and are always watching performance to make sure we are maximizing our efforts

Writing

  • You are a gifted story teller and a compelling writer
  • You can simplify complex concepts and describe them in concise and engaging ways
  • You are able to translate product features into tangible benefits that customers can appreciate
  • You are a grammar and spelling expert; you believe that a company’s written word is the most important first impression it can make

Graphic and Visual Design

  • You are a naturally creative person, able to put together visually pleasing designs that grab attention
  • You understand basic design principles and you understand the application of clean, simplistic modern design
  • You are able to create simple and aesthetically appealing designs that connect with your audience
  • You understand your target market and are always able to produce designs that drive the message home
  • You are able to create compelling calls to action to drive your audience to engage
  • You are meticulous and detail oriented and are always looking to improve

Offline Marketing

  • You enjoy planning and attending trade shows, events and conferences
  • You are a vibrant brand ambassador and are always looking for ways to better understand how our customers see us
  • You like being on the front lines and experiencing first hand what our customers experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or equivalent
  • 2-4 years experience doing related work
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B Marketing environments
  • Exceptional written, conceptual and proofreading skills
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn
  • Excellent graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Self motivated, creative, there’s nothing you can’t do
  • Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all levels
  • Outstanding attention to detail while still being able to see the big picture

Remuneration: This is a Full Time position with an attractive annual salary, health and dental benefits package, employee perks, vacation and more.
