Medcor is aiming to work with a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for their Mammoth Clinic situated in Yellowstone National Park. This position will assist in supplying all elements of client service, billing details gathering and basic clinic responsibilities as they connect to the medical services offered in Yellowstone National Park. A typical day in the life of a Medical Receptionist:

  • Answers inbound call and communicate with all callers in a practical way to deal with concerns or questions they might have

You Must

  • Enjoy what you do
  • Have previous experience as a receptionist or in consumer relations
  • Have the ability to type 30 WPM
  • Be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Possess outstanding verbal/written interaction abilities
  • Have a positive and outbound character
  • Want to go above and beyond just because that’s who you are
  • Be enthusiastic about people and giving them the very best care humanly possible

It’s a Plus If

  • You have some familiarity with EMR software application
