Parkinson Wellness Projects (PWP) is a non-profit company committed to supporting people living with Parkinson’s illness and those that support them through safe, efficient workout programs. Our company intends to reach the approximate 3,000 people surviving on the island with Parkinson’s illness. Our evidence-based exercise programs are focused on the amplitude of movements that target several symptoms of Parkinson’s illness, and permits adaptations depending on disease progression.Reporting to the Executive Director, PWP is looking for a passionate and compassionate workplace assistant. Job tasks:- First point of contact for people with


and their care partners: responding to phones, booking visits, corresponding via email, welcoming and welcoming participants when they get here.-Basic administrative work consisting of filing, copying, faxing, and scanning.-Receiving contributions and occasional cash purchases.-Ensuring the cleanliness

and discussion of the office location at all times.

– Assisting with coffee and tea prep and tidy up for individuals.

– Assisting the Executive Director with any needed administrative support

. -Scheduling and booking meetings.-Reaching out to neighborhood partners to schedule education seminars.-Communicating with support system facilitators. Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication.

– Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.

– Excellent customer support skills.

Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9:00 am- 1:00 pm.
