Monster Plow Truck Site Operators are responsible to direct and manage a little team of snowfighters (1-3 people) in the effective cleaning and deicing of personal highways, parking area, driveways, pathways, walkways, steps, and so on. You will be appointed a list of websites in Toronto, for which you will stay responsible throughout the entire winter season. You will likewise be responsible to perform support tasks such as upkeep, item shipment and equipping, and so on. This position requires the effective applicant to work on an on-call basis with irregular hours, frequently overnight, so an open schedule is a must. Candidates must be offered and devoted to deal with really brief notice, at all times of the day and night, as dictated by the weather condition and functional action requirements. Job Summary
- Operate pickup with snow plow and spreader

- $27-$35 per hour, based upon experience

Job Duties
- Minimum of 2 years of business snow removal or associated experience
- Minimum successfully attained high school diploma
- Minimum 5 years of insured driving experience with a G-level license
- Tidy Driver’s Abstract (one small offense is fine)
- Excellent winter season driving capabilities with any type of automatic transmission car, frequently in tight or narrow quarters
- Excellent spoken and written social interaction abilities
- Understanding of simple consumer technology (Android Tablet, GPS Unit, Smart Phone)
Job Requirements
- Maintain intimate knowledge of scope of work at appointed list of websites, and remain personally committed to appropriate efficiency of the work at perpetuity
- Run pickup installed snowplow and spreader to get rid of ice and snow from personal properties. This requires early morning or late night starts, extended hours, and week-end responsibility consisting of holidays
- Direct and handle small crew while making sure all assigned tasks are performed properly and securely at all times throughout each shift
- Carry out routine devices maintenance/repair jobs such as altering lorry fluids, fueling, greasing, painting, etc.
- Adhere to all safety precautions, operational procedures, instructions, guidelines, policies, and policies
- Ensure all designated crew members are following rules and directions at all times
