Tasks consist of:

● Be the knowledge leader for all elements of the Sets (creations, deployment and so on) leading on dealing with external parties, maintaining relationships, support sales, answering day to day questions. You will lead a team responsible for –

❖ The development and maintenance of sets consisting of the balanced term bank

❖ Preparation of Sets to sign up with benchmarking platform

❖ Management of ICHOM’s Central Expert Panel advisory group

❖ Delivery of ICHOMs contribution to IMI Grants

● Overseeing the creation of materials and playbook for the advancement of a design for training and accrediting the procedure for Set production

● Contributing to enterprise-wide activities, consisting of the improvement of Sets, approach, and maintenance of existingn Sets

● Overseeing communication plans, publications and reports by working group members to reveal the publication and modification of Sets

● Running neighborhood teleconferences in order to facilitate the adoption and implementation of our Sets of results and methodology

● Recruiting and managing relationships with global professionals and client advocacy representatives

● Producing and delivering presentations and running meetings

● Contributing to the sale of new sets and result research study tasks

Credentials and work experience

● Ideally at least 3 years professional experience, including:

o Experience operating in healthcare shipment or healthcare modification management/system transformation/outcomes measurement/quality improvement/data science

o Experience in organization advancement

o Experience with task management

o Experience of writing and publishing posts, case studies and/or reports

● Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience, consisting of line-management responsibilities

● MSc in relevant a field is essential

● Qualification as a Medical Doctor or a PhD highly desirable

Additional qualities

● A strong enthusiasm for improving health care delivery is vital

● Fluency in English as a main written and spoken language is important
