Yellowstone National Park Lodges operates 31 dining establishments within the park that vary from fast-casual to great dining. We are looking for Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers. Around 2 million meals are served in Yellowstone every summer! Our parent business, Xanterra Travel Collection, makes every effort to use regional and/or organic ingredients whenever possible for both visitor and worker meals. The Details

Position Type: Seasonal, Full-time

Season Dates: April 2022 – October 2022

Schedule: Varies– 40+ hours weekly. May consist of weekends, nights, and holidays.

Area: Throughout Yellowstone National Park (Canyon, Grant, Mammoth, Old Faithful, Roosevelt, Lake)

Food & & Beverage Manager $787-$1,020/ a week. Free Room & & Board * Wages are set based on size and obligations of operation

Credentials:

  • Working knowledge of all positions monitored
  • Working knowledge of all devices used within the food and beverage operation

  • Capability to communicate in a positive, effective manner and hold people responsible for their responsibilities
  • Accreditation in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required. Workshop will be offered if not presently accredited
  • ServSafe Manager Certification chose. Workshops will be provided to achieve this accreditation if neccessary
