The mission of the Food and Beverage sub-department is to provide a world-class food and beverage program.


As a member of the Food and Beverage Sub-Department, you will be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class food and beverage program to our people. As the Café Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our front of house teams to deliver consistently elevated café experiences to our clients. And, with people at the heart of everything you do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia—while enjoying one yourself.


As the Café Manager, you will:

  • Support in leading our specialized teams to sell food & beverage and deliver world-class experiences

  • Support in hiring, developing, retaining an exceptional team

  • Guide teams in informing, engaging and inspiring clients to elevate café experiences

  • Support in curating, organizing and managing product assortment as required

  • Guide teams in upholding the optimal setup of sales and non-sales spaces while minimizing impact to operation

  • Guide teams in preventing, detecting, and resolving loss opportunities

  • Drive effective business operations through day-to-day management and improvement of food and beverage programs and processes


The Café Manager has:
