January 23, 2023 – The Organization of American States (OAS) has launched its 2023 Academic Scholarship Program. One scholarship will be awarded to a Canadian citizen or permanent resident for graduate study or research at a university in an OAS member state other than Canada. The scholarship is tenable from January to December 2023.
